BackgroundandPurpose

Whereas,theShipperrequiresreliableandefficientcross-borderexpressdeliveryservices;and

Whereas,theCarrierisengagedinprovidingsuchcross-borderexpressdeliveryservices;

Now,therefore,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.CooperationScopeandServiceDescription

1.1TheCarriershallprovidetheShipperwithcross-borderexpressdeliveryservices,including,butnotlimitedto,internationalairexpress,internationalseaexpress,economyservice,customsclearance(specifyingwhetherincludedandwhoisresponsible),collectionanddelivery(includingdoor-to-doorservice),informationtrackingandqueryservices,andotherservicesasmutuallyagreeduponinwriting.

1.2Thescopeofservicesshallcoveroriginanddestinationcountries/regionsspecifiedbytheparties,specificallyfrom[OriginCountry/Region]to[DestinationCountry/Region].

1.3TheCarriershallendeavortoprovideservicesinaccordancewithindustrystandards,withestimatedtransittimesgenerallyfallingwithin[SpecifyEstimatedTransitTimeRange,e.g.,3-7businessdaysforairexpress,dependingonroutes].DetailedServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs)regardingspecificqualitymetrics(e.g.,on-timedelivery
