本协议（以下简称“本协议”）由甲方（技术提供方/接收方）与乙方（技术接收方/提供方）于____年____月____日（以下简称“签署日”），依据《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国专利法》《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》及相关国际技术保护惯例，本着平等自愿、诚实信用、权责统一的原则，就双方在2026年度技术合作、研发、转让、许可使用等事宜中涉及的技术信息保密事宜，经友好协商一致订立。本协议旨在明确双方技术保密责任，防范技术信息泄露、滥用及侵权风险，保障双方核心技术权益及合作顺利推进，双方均应严格恪守。

ThisAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)isenteredintoon________,2026(hereinafterreferredtoastheSigningDate)byPartyA(TechnologyProvider/Receiver)andPartyB(TechnologyReceiver/Provider).PursuanttotheCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,thePatentLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theAnti-UnfairCompetitionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandrelevantinternationaltechnicalprotectionpractices,andbasedontheprinciplesofequality,voluntariness,goodfaithandunifiedrightsandobligations,thisAgreementisconcludedthroughfriendlynegotiationregardingtheconfidentialityoftechnicalinformationinvolvedinthetechnicalcooperation,RD,transfer,licensingandothermattersofbothpartiesin2026.ThepurposeofthisAgreementistoclarifythetechnicalconfidentialityresponsibilitiesofbothparties,preventtherisksofleakage,abuseandinfringementoftechnicalinformation,protectthecoretechnicalrightsandinterestsofbothpartiesandthesmoothprogressofcooperation,andbothpartiesshallstrictlyabidebyit.
