Abstract:Thearticlefollowsthedialecticalrelationshipbetweenadheringtotraditionandinnovation,pointingoutthatunder

thebackgroundoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy,theeramissionofgrassrootslibrarieswillinevitablyhavenew

interpretationsandextensionswithinitsfundamentalmissionframework:fillingthegapsinruraleducation,assistinginthe

improvementofruraleducationlevels;exploring,protecting,andinheritingexcellenttraditionalruralculture,promoting

culturalself-confidenceandstrength;raisingtheideologicallevelofthemasses,assistingintheimprovementofruralsocial

civilization;participatinginruralgovernance,jointlyenhancingruralgovernancecapabilitiesandlevels;assistinginrural

industrialrevitalizationandtalentdevelopment.
