内容提要：目的：探究分析PDCA循环管理在降低手术室器械交接过程中不规范操作的作用分析。方法：本次抽取2019年

12月~2022年1月手术室器械501例作为研究对象，给予PDCA循环管理设为研究组；选取2018年12月~2019

年11月500例器械为常规管理交接设为对照组，分析两组包装质量、设备管理、器械清洗质量、器械消毒供

应不良事件发生率、交接单填写正确率等差异；并统计分析工作人员个人防护不规范操作、消毒灭菌不规范

操作情况。结果：研究组包装质量、设备管理、器械清洗质量均优于对照组（P0.05）；研究组器械消毒供应

不良事件发生率均优于对照组，差异显著（P0.05）；研究组污染器械核对及分类、器械清洗组装、器械手工

清洗及用具等不规范操作率低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：通过PDCA循环管理在降低手术室器械交接过程中

不规范操作效果良好，可提高器械整体管理质量，降低不良事件。
