不同精子分析系统检测结果对比评估

内容提要：目的：评估两种不同原理的精液计算机分析系统检测数据的可比性，分析各检测系统的优缺点。方法：通过

将同一份精液分别利用不同检测系统进行检测，对比精子的浓度、活率、a级精子比例好b级精子比例，从而

找到各分析系统不同，并分析其原因。结果：对比三个不同分析系统，其精子的浓度、精子活率和精子的b级

精子比例差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：各检测系统对精子的检测各有优缺点，都可以作为临床应用的

检测工具。

Abstract:Objective:Toevaluatethecomparabilityofdetectiondatafromtwodifferentprinciplesofsemencomputeranalysissystemsandanalyzetheadvantagesand

disadvantagesofeachdetectionsystem.Methods:Byusingdifferentdetectionsystemstodetectthesamesemen,theconcentration,viability,andproportionof

a-gradespermcomparedtothatofb-gradespermwerecompared,inordertoidentifythedifferencesineachanalysissystemandanalyzethereasonsfortheir

differences.Results:Comparingthreedifferentanalysissystems,therewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinspermconcentration,spermviability,andthe

proportionofb-gradesperm(P0.05).Conclusion:Eachdetectionsystemhasitsownadvantagesanddisadvantagesindetectingsperm,andcanbeusedasa

detectiontoolforclinicalapplications.
