2022年河北省主要蔬菜价格波动分析

摘要：依据全国农产品商务信息公共服务平台和布瑞克农业数据终端数据，从整体菜价、近5年菜

价、省际价格对比及分品种菜价等角度出发，对15种主要蔬菜进行纵、横向比较分析，并对5种典型蔬

菜进行重点分析。结果显示：2022年河北省蔬菜价格同比降幅明显；与全国和山东省相比，河北省蔬

菜价格水平偏低；在蔬菜单品中，黄瓜和番茄价格波动剧烈。综合分析表明，种植规模、季节性因素、

供求关系和恶劣天气是造成2022年河北省蔬菜价格频繁波动的主要因素。

Abstract:AccordingtothedataofNationalAgriculturalProductsBusinessInformationPublicService

PlatformandBrickAgriculturalDataTerminal,15mainvegetableswerecomparedverticallyandhorizontally

fromtheperspectivesofoverallvegetableprice,vegetablepriceinrecent5years,inter-provincialpricecomparison

andvegetablepricebycultivar,and5typicalvegetableswereemphaticallyanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatthe

vegetablepricesinHebeiprovincedecreasedsignificantlyyear-on-year,comparedwiththewholecountryand

Shandongprovince,thevegetablepricelevelinHebeiprovincewaslowin2022.Amongthesinglevegetable

products,thepricesofcucumberandtomatofluctuateddrasticallyin2022.Thecomprehensiveanalysisshowed

thatplantingscale,seasonalfactors,supplyanddemandrelationshipandbadweatherwerethemainfactorscausing

frequentfluctuationsofvegetablepricesi
