摘要

教师是高校的重要组成部分，教师发展是高校发展的基本根基。在“双一流”建设的背景下，青年教师

的发展是高校发展的重要支撑与保障。因此，以高校青年教师的发展为主题，分析其发展的现状及提出

卓有成效的改革措施，对学校一流学科的建设及高校教育教学审核评估有着至关重要的作用。本论文以

青海大学国家重点实验室的青年教师为研究对象，重点探讨青年教师的教学现状和发展现状，进而提出

提升教师专业能力发展的措施，以期为全校青年教师的发展提供一定的支撑与支持，为学校一流学科的

建设提供有力的保障，为学校本科教育教学的审核评估奠定坚实基础。
