BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性LY164846是⼀种⼝服有效的头孢菌素。LY164846对流感嗜⾎杆菌(包括Ampicillin(HY-B0522)耐药株)、卡

他莫拉菌⾼度敏感(MIC90≤4μg/mL)，对Methicillin(HY-121544)敏感的⾦黄⾊葡萄球菌、链球菌(除肠球

菌外)普遍敏感(MIC90:0.25-8μg/mL)，对厌氧菌中度敏感。LY164846对流感嗜⾎杆菌的MBC/MIC⽐值≤

2，呈杀菌作⽤。LY164846可⽤于研究呼吸道和⽪肤感染。
