BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性M17-B15是⼀种雄激素受体⼆聚体(androgenreceptordimerization)抑制剂，IC50为30nM。M17-B15能

有效破坏雄激素受体(AR)的⾃⾝缔合，从⽽抑制AR信号传导。M17-B15在体外和⿏异种移植瘤模型中均表

现出卓越的抗前列腺癌(PCa)效果。M17-B15可⽤于前列腺癌的研究。
