BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NpCy-4是⼀种可靠的⽤于实时监测⾃噬(Autophagy)过程中溶酶体的pH值和黏度变化报告分⼦(λex=650

nm；λem=660-740nm)。NpCy-4在细胞成像中展现出优异的信噪⽐(SBR)。NpCy-4可⽤于对急性胃炎模
