BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性OAT-177是⼀种强效的双重抑制剂，靶向酸性哺乳动物壳聚糖酶(AMCase)和壳聚糖三磷酸酶(CHIT1)，对⼈

类AMCase的IC50值为14.2nM，对⼈类CHIT1的IC50值为232nM。OAT-177有望⽤于慢性炎症和纤维化

相关肺部疾病，如哮喘和特发性肺纤维化的研究。
