摘要

“冒充公检法”作为电信网络诈骗案件的主要类型之一，给民众乃至社会都造成了恶劣的影响。目前，

已有研究主要聚焦于法学、公安学等领域中针对民众的诈骗预警，从心理学视角探究被害人内部心理过

程的研究较少，这或是反诈的关键着力点。本研究以诈骗发生过程中被害人心理变化为锚点，结合心理

学相关理论，剖析受骗心理过程，并将其总结为三个阶段：初步接触期、威胁诱导期和孤立控制期。本

研究旨在探讨各个阶段中被害者的心理发展历程，并提出了针对性的心理防控策略，为民众自我防范和

警方精准反诈提供建议和参考。
