摘要该文以2005—2020年山东省审定品种的品质变化趋势进行初步分析2005—2020年审定品种选育方式以杂交育种为

主，其中单交育种方式应用最为广泛。产量、蛋白质含量、蛋白质和脂肪含量之和均呈上升趋势，脂肪含量虽呈下降趋势，但整体变化

并不大。审定品种的产量及品质性状的变化趋势反映山东省近几年的育种目标主要以高蛋白、优质、高产为主，育种手段以杂交育种

中的单交手段为主。山东省大豆加工企业较多，每年对于大豆的需求量很高，高蛋白大豆是山东省大豆加工企业急需的大豆，因此培

育高产、优质的大豆品种，对山东省大豆增产提质意义重大。

Abstract:ThispapermakesapreliminaryanalysisbasedonthequalitychangetrendofvarietiesapprovedbyShandong

Provincefrom2005to2020.Thebreedingmethodofapprovedvarietiesfrom2005to2020ismainlycrossbreeding,amongwhich

thesinglecrossbreedingmethodisthemostwidelyused.Theyield,proteincontent,andthesumofproteinandfatcontentall

showedanupwardtrend.Althoughthefatcontentshowedadownwardtrend,theoverallchangewasnotsignificant.Thechanging

trendofyieldandqualitycharacteristicsoftheapprovedvarietiesreflectsthatthebreedinggoalsofShangdongprovinceinrecent

yearshavemainlybeenhighprotein,highqualityandhighyield,andthebreedingmethodsaremainlysinglecrossingmethodsin

crossbreeding.TherearemanysoybeanprocessingenterprisesinShandongProvince,andthedemandforsoybeansisveryhigh
