BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NSD2-PWWP1-IN-6(Compound16)是⼀种有效的NSD2-PWWP1抑制剂，其Kd为30nM。NSD2-PWWP1-

IN-6竞争性阻断NSD2-PWWP1对H3K36me2和DNA的识别，从⽽削弱了其与核⼩体的结合能⼒。NSD2-
