摘要：

为实现板材零件的信息追溯，分析公司现有的物料编码与打码方式，找出与主流的物料编码与打码方式的差距，

做有针对性的改进。在此基础上提出板材零件信息追溯系统的建设方案，并总结项目实施过程中的经验。板材零件信息追

溯系统的实施，将为后续公司所有物料的编码与信息追溯系统的建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:Inordertorealizetheinformationtraceabilityofplateparts,theexistingmaterialcodingandcodingmethodsof

thecompanyareanalyzed,andthegabetweenthecompanyandthemainstreammaterialcodingandcodingmethodsis

foundout,soastomaketargetedimprovement.Onthisbasis,thispaperputsforwardtheconstructionschemeofplate

partsinformationtraceabilitysystem,andsummarizestheexperienceintheprocessofprojectimplementation.The

implementationofplatepartsinformationtraceabilitysystemwillprovidereferencefortheconstructionoftotalmaterial

codingandinformationtraceabilitysystemofthesubsequentcompany.
