ZB45包装机出口皮带传动装置的改进

摘要：

ZB45包装机在使用中经常出现出口皮带传动箱内传动齿轮与销轴损坏等故障。通过对传动装置结构的分析、研究，

根据其需实现的功能，提出对该装置传动部件进行改进，将销轴的尺寸重新设计,把一端原滚针轴承改为深沟球轴承，同时

在另一端加装了轴套。实践证明，由齿轮、销轴和轴承损坏产生的故障明显减少，降低了维修人员的劳动强度，提高了设备

的有效作业率。

Abstract:ZB45packagingmachineoftenhasfaultssuchastransmissiongearandpinshaftdamageintheoutletbelt

transmissionbox.Throughtheanalysisofthestructureandfunctionofthetransmission,thetransmissioncomponentsof

thedeviceareimproved,andthesizeofthepinisredesigned.Theoriginalneedlerollerbearingatoneendischanged

intoadeepgrooveballbearing,andthebushingisaddedattheotherend.Practicehasprovedthatthedamagecausedby

thedamageofgears,pinsandbearingsissignificantlyreduced,whichreducesthelaborintensityofmaintenance

personnelandimprovestheeffectiveoperationrateoftheequipment.
