基于结构胶拓扑优化的车身扭转刚度设计

摘要:

车身扭转刚度是车身结构的重要性能之一,是决定车身轻量化系数、NVH性能的重要指标,是车身性能设计的重

点和难点。文中采用拓扑优化和长度敏感性方法实现了结构胶的最优化设计,通过拓扑优化准确识别结构胶的设计位置,

基于长度敏感性方法进一步确定结构胶的最有效长度,最终仿真分析验证了方案的有效性。

Abstract:Thetorsionalstiffnessofthecarbodyisoneoftheimportantpropertiesofthecarbodystructure.Itisan

importantindexthatdeterminesthelightweightcoefficientandNVHperformanceofthecarbody.Thispaperuses

topologyoptimizationandlengthsensitivitymethodstoachievetheoptimaldesignofthestructuraladhesive.Theposition

ofthestructuraladhesiveisaccuratelyidentifiedthroughthetopologyoptimization,andthemosteffectivelengthofthe

structuraladhesiveisfurtherdeterminedbasedonthelengthsensitivitymethod.Thefinalsimulationanalysisverifiesthe

effectivenessofthestructuraladhesivescheme.
