基于某型飞机尾罩的快速开、闭锁解决方案

摘要：

某型飞机尾罩与机身框架的连接设计需在预设安装空间有限，且不能对框架结构进行大改的前提下进行，连接方

式还必须满足安全可靠、开锁及闭锁方便快捷的要求。针对某型飞机尾罩的连接、安装及拆卸要求，通过合理的原理分析及

结构设计，制定出一个快速开、闭锁解决方案，改进了一种小型快卸锁。经过对试验件进行功能验证表明，该方案合理有效

地实现了某型飞机尾罩与机身框架的可靠连接及快速开闭锁的功能。

Abstract:Theconnectiondesignfortheaircrafttailcoverandfuselageframeshouldbecarriedoutonthepremisethat

thepresetinstallationspaceislimitedandtheframestructurecannotbegreatlyimproved.Theconnectionmodemustalso

meettherequirementsofsafetyandreliability,andtheconvenienceofunlockingandlocking.Accordingtothe

requirementsofconnection,installationanddisassemblyoftheaircraft’stailcover,throughreasonableprincipleanalysis

andstructuraldesign,afastopeningandlockingsolutionisdeveloped,andasmallquickreleaselockisimproved.
