半球形金属件专用可调带锯床夹持装置的设计

摘要：

针对市售带锯床普遍没有配套半球形异形金属件锯切夹持工装的问题，设计了一种带锯床用半球形金属件专用

可调夹持装置，通过简单合理的结构设计与方便快捷的操作过程实现工件锯切位置与角度的可调性，有效解决了现有平口

钳夹具径向夹持半球形工件时安全风险高、尺寸控制精度差等问题。另外，完成了空心半球形工件专用的快速吊装装置设

计，配合使用情况下可显著减少劳动强度，提高同类金属工件的锯切效率与安全性。

Abstract:Aiminattheproblemthatthecommerciallyavailablebandsawinmachinesgenerallydonothavea

supportintoolforsawinandclampinofhemisphericalshapedmetalparts,thispaperdesignsaspecialadjustable

clampindeviceforhemisphericalmetalpartsforbandsawinmachines.Theadjustabilityofthesawinpositionand

angleoftheworkpieceisrealizedthroughasimpleandreasonablestructuredesignandaconvenientandquickoperation

process.Theinventioneffectivelysolvestheproblemsofhighsafetyriskandpoordimensionalcontrolprecisionwhenthe

existinflatjawclampsradiallyclampthehemisphericalworkpiece.Inaddition,aspecialquickliftindeviceforhollow

hemisphericalworkpiecesisdesigned,whichcansignificantlyreducelaborintensityandimprovethesawinefficiency

andsafetyofsimilarmetalworkpieces.
