经典名方易黄汤古代煎制方法与现代煎制方法的差异性分析

【摘要】目的分析经典名方易黄汤古代煎制方法与现代煎制方法的差异性。方法根据《炮炙大法》《简明医彀》

及现代煎制方法熬制易黄汤，分别分析不同煎制方法样品的多糖含量加样回收率、生物碱成分含量及出膏率。结果现

代煎制方法供试品溶液多糖含量加样回收试验结果优于《炮炙大法》和《简明医彀》煎制方法，盐酸小檗碱、盐酸黄柏

碱以及木兰花碱的含量高于《炮炙大法》和《简明医彀》煎制方法。现代煎制方法的出膏率高于《炮炙大法》和《简明

医彀》煎制方法。结论不同煎制方法会影响易黄汤方剂有效成分提取及出膏率；其中，现代煎制方法能提高易黄汤方

剂中多糖和生物碱成分的提取和利用率。
