水平螺旋中物料运动的仿真分析

摘要：

为了研究物料在水平螺旋中运动规律，优化水平螺旋的工作参数，以提高水平螺旋的工作效率。通过离散单元法

仿真模拟物料在水平螺旋的运动状态，改变水平螺旋的转速、进料量及水平螺旋的倾斜角来探索物料在水平螺旋管道运动

规律。物料在水平螺旋管道中运动时会产生质量流的损失，水平螺旋进给量的增加对出口处物料运动影响不大，还会增加

管道中物料的聚集，水平螺旋的转速、倾斜角的变化会明显影响物料在水平螺旋中的运动。
