摘要：简述了直锥圆截面斜底罐体的结构特点，对罐体下料工艺进行了详细分析研究，根据分析研究结果确定了罐体下

料工艺难点。针对罐体下料工艺难点，制定出合理的下料工艺方案，保证罐体加工成形符合技术条件要求，满足实际生

产的需要。

1直锥圆截面斜底罐体结构简介

铁路货车70t级罐车罐体采用直锥圆截面斜底

结构,底部由罐体两端向中间截面下斜。其中70t级t=10

罐车罐体斜度为1.2°（如图1），罐体两端内径为

Φ3050mm,中部内径为Φ3150mm,壁厚为10mm，

材质为Q345A低合金高强度钢，罐体内侧只抛丸不

喷预处理底漆。罐体顶部设助开式人孔，罐体底部设.2

聚液窝。而G70K型轻油罐车罐体采用圆柱状结构，

2工艺分析

下罐板t=10上罐板t=8

70t级罐车罐体由左右两段组成，每段长4890

mm,罐体采用筒节方式进行生产。结合公司工艺装

备及罐体拼接技术条件的要求，每段罐体平均分成3

段单筒组焊而成。单筒下料尺寸约为10mmx1630

mmx9928mm。单筒采用数控切割时，受热切割影响

变形较小，下料尺寸精度容易
