摘要：

UL60335-2-40（2019）标准应用于北美屋顶机产品的结构设计时，通过检查或试验来验证产品是否符合要求。

文中介绍了标准的应用背景、使用原则，以及屋顶机的产品信息和结构设计适用的主要条款；对条款内容进行解读并提供

应用案例和实施依据。实践表明：1）应用标准时需要根据验证对象对内容进行筛选，选择适用的条款；2）制定试验计划要判

断产品的最恶劣配置和合理的试验对象，考虑试验顺序和实施依据，并获得UL实验室的认可；3）结构验证服务于子系统的

开发，有时需要电气等试验作为补充。

Abstract:WhentheUL60335-2-40(2019)standardisappliedtothestructuradesignofroofturbineproductsinNorth

America,itisverifiedthroughinspectionortestingtoverifywhethertheproductmeetstherequirements.Theapplication

backgroundandusageprinciplesofthestandard,theproductinformationoftheroofmachineandthemainterms

applicabletothestructuradesignareintroduced.Thispaperinterpretsthecontentofthetermsandprovidesapplication

casesandimplementationbasis.Practiceshowsthat:1)Whenapplyingstandards,itisnecessarytofilterthecontent

accordingtotheverificationobjectandselecttheapplicableterms;2)Thetestplanshouldbeformulatedtojudgethe

worstconfigurationoftheproductandreasonabletestobjects,considerthetestsequenceandimplementationbasis,and

obtaintheapprovaofULlaboratory;3)Structuraverificationservesthedevelopmentofsubsystems,sometimesitneedsto

besupplementedbyelectricaandothertests.
