基于机器视觉盘纸直径和宽度尺寸检测研究

摘要：

为解决实际运用中人工检测盘纸直径和宽度精度不准、耗费人力资源的问题，提出一种基于视觉盘纸直径和宽度尺

寸检测的方法，以提高检测的效率和精度。该模型以霍夫圆检测与Canny边缘检测算法为基础，提取盘纸轮廓实现对圆心坐

标、直径和宽度尺寸的检测。运用图形细化提取轮廓骨架，确定边缘像素特征点坐标，运用最小二乘法对特征点坐标曲线拟

合，标定极限偏差，判定产品的合格性。实验结果显示，该检测模型的直径检测精度在2mm，宽度检测误差在0.8mm范围之

内的收银纸检测准确率稳定，符合实际运用要求，对节约人力、提高经济效益、解决人工检测等方面的问题均具有重要意义。

Abstract院Inordertosolvetheproblemofinaccuracyofthediameterandwidthofthepapertrayandtheconsumptionof

humanresources,thispaperproposesamethodbasedonthevisualinspectionofthediameterandwidthofthepapertray

toimprovetheefficiencyandaccuracyoftheinspection.BasedontheHoughcircledetectionandCannyedgedetection

algorithm,thispaperoutlineisextractedtodetectthecentercoordinate,diameterandwidthofthecircle.Thecontour

skeletonisextractedbygraphrefinement,thecoordinatesofedgepixelfeaturepointsaredetermined,thecurveoffeature

pointcoordinatesisfittedbyleastsquaremethod,thelimitdeviationiscalibrated,andtheproductqualificationis

determined.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheaccuracyofthemodelis2mmindiameterand0.8mminwidth,which

isconsistentwiththeactualapplication.Itisofgreatsignificancetosavemanpower,improveeconomicbenefitsandsolve

theproblemsofmanualinspection.
