自动驾驶技术在警车管理改革中的应用研究

【摘 要】本文围绕自动驾驶技术在警车管理改革中的应用展开研究。当前，警车现代化管理面临安全管

理压力大、信息化水平不足、应急反应机制不完善等问题。警车自动驾驶技术通过事前预测、事中控制、事

后反馈实现精准操作，具有快速反应、精准制动、危险规避等特点，其关键核心包括感知支持、定位规划和

决策监控。为推动该技术应用，需制定防护策略并建立涵盖硬件、软件、整车测试及经济性评估的评价体系。

研究表明，自动驾驶技术能提升警车运营效率与警务效能，未来将在警务工作中发挥重要作用，为公共安全

提供有力保障。

Abstract

【】This paper conducts research on the application of autonomous driving technology in the reform 

of police car management. At present, the modern management of police vehicles is confronted with problems such 

as high pressure in safety management, insufficient informatization level, and an imperfect emergency response 

mechanism. The autonomous driving technology of police cars achieves precise operation through pre-event prediction, 

in-event control and post-event feedback. It features rapid response, precise braking, and danger avoidance. Its key 

cores include perception support, positioning planning and decision-making monitoring. To promote the application of 

this technology, it is necessary to formulate protection strategies and establish an evaluation system covering hardware, 

software, vehicle testing and economic assessment. Research shows that autonomous driving technology can enhance 

the operational efficiency of police vehicles and the effectiveness of police work.
