摘要:针对国内共轴对转直升机传动系统研发需求,以Ka-28直升机主减速器核心部件封闭差动轮系

为研究对象,系统探究其共轴反转旋翼构型特征、齿轮齿数设计约束及功率传递规律。通过构型解析明确该轮系

“双发输入-三级传动”的架构特点,结合传动比推导确定齿轮配齿需满足同心、邻接等多维度约束,设计传动比固

差动轮系,最终经行星架与内齿圈汇流后实现双旋翼功率均衡输出。研究阐明了该类封闭差动轮系的设计规律与

动力传递机制,为国产共轴对转直升机传动系统研发提供理论依据。

Abstract:Inresponsetothedevelopmentneedsofthedomesticcoaxialcounter-rotatinghelicopter

transmissionsystem,thisstudyfocusesonthecorecomponentoftheKa-28helicoptermainreductiongear—the

encloseddifferentialgeartrain.Itsystematicallyinvestigatesthecoaxialcounter-rotatingrotorconfiguration

characteristics,geartoothcountdesignconstraints,andpowertransmissionlaws.Throughconfiguration

analysis,thedual-engineinput-three-stagetransmissionstructuralfeaturesofthisgeartrainareclarified.

Combinedwithtransmissionratioderivation,itisdeterminedthatgeartoothmatchingmustmeet

multidimensionalconstraintssuchasconcentricityandadjacency,withafixedtransmissionratioof69/11

designed.Basedonthetorque-angularvelocityrelationship,powerflowcalculationsareconducted.Theresults

indicatethat11/80oftheinputpowerisallocatedtothefixedshaftgeartrain,while69/80isinputtothe

differentialgeartrain.Ultimately,thepowerisevenlydistributedtobothrotorsafterconvergingthroughthe

planetarycarrieran
