基于供应链视角的企业营运资金管理研究

——以广汽集团为例

摘要

2020-2024年，汽车行业竞争加剧、新能源转型加速与消费需求升级双重驱动下，营运资金管理成为车企提升核心竞争力的关键。本文以供应链为研究视角，探究广汽集团营运资金管理的实践路径与优化逻辑。通过构建智能供应链体系，整合采购、生产、物流及销售全环节数据资源，实现供应链各节点信息实时共享与协同联动。依托自动化生产设备、智能物流中心及数字化管理系统，广汽集团有效提升了营运资金周转效率，降低了资金占用风险，同时增强了对市场需求的快速响应能力。研究发现，供应链为广汽集团营运资金管理提供了技术支撑与模式创新动能，其管理经验可为汽车行业同类企业提供参考。本文也指出当前管理中存在的不足，并提出针对性优化建议。

Abstract

From2020to2024,drivenbytheintensifiedcompetitionintheautomotiveindustry,theacceleratedtransformationofnewenergy,andtheupgradingofconsumerdemand,workingcapitalmanagementhasbecomeakeyfactorforautomobileenterprisestoenhancetheircorecompetitiveness.Fromtheperspectiveofthesupplychain,thispaperexploresthepracticalpathandoptimizationlogicofGACGroupsworkingcapitalmanagement.Bybuildinganintelligentsupplychainsystem,integratingdataresourcesofprocurement,production,logisticsandsales,GACGrouphasrealizedreal-timeinformationsharingandcollaborativelinkageamongvariousnodesofthesupplychain.Relyingonautomatedproductionequipment,intelligentlogisticscentersanddigitalmanagementsystems,GACGrouphaseffectivelyimprovedtheturnoverefficiencyofworkingcapital,reducedtheriskofcapitaloccupation,andenhancedtheabilitytorespondquicklytomarketdemand.TheresearchfindsthatthesupplychainprovidestechnicalsupportandmodelinnovationmomentumforGACGroupsworkingcapitalmanagement,anditsmanagementexperiencecanprovidereferenceforsimilarenterprisesintheautomotiveindustry.Thispaperalsopointsouttheshortcomingsinthecurrentmanagementandputsforwardtargetedoptimizationsuggestions.
