视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的效果分析

摘要目的：分析视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的效果。方法：选取2022年8月—2023年8月巫山县人民医院收治的

眼底病患者200例作为研究对象，随机分为参比组与试验组，每组100例。参比组予以玻璃体腔注药术治疗，试验组予以

视网膜激光光凝术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗有效率高于参比组（P＜0.001）。术后，两组裸眼视力、色

觉评分、视野提高，且试验组高于参比组（P＜0.05）。术后，两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度降低，且试验组低

于参比组（P＜0.05）。试验组并发症总发生率低于参比组（P=0.004）。术后，两组黄斑区视网膜厚度降低，中心凹容积提

高，且试验组改善幅度大于参比组（P＜0.05）。结论：视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的效果以及安全性显著，可改善患者

的视神经功能及血液流变学，促进患者视力恢复。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheeffectofretinallaserphotocoagulationinthetreatmentoffundusdiseases.Methods:Two

hundredpatientswithfundusdiseasesadmittedtoWushanCountyPeoplesHospitalfromAugust2022toAugust2023were

selectedastheresearchsubjectsandrandomlydividedintothereferencegroupandtheexperimentalgroup,withonehundred

casesineachgroup.Thereferencegroupwastreatedwithintravitrealinjection,whiletheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwith

retinallaserphotocoagulation.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Theeffectiverateoftreatmentin

theexperimentalgroupwashigherthanthatinthereferencegroup(P0.001).Aftertheoperation,theuncorrectedvisualacuity,

colorvisionscoreandvisualfieldofbothgroupsimproved,andthescoresoftheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthe

referencegroup(P0.05).Aftertheoperation,theplasmaviscosity,lowshearviscosityofwholebloodandhighshearviscosityof

wholebloodinbothgroupsdecreased,andthoseintheexperimentalgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthereferencegroup(P0.05).

Theincidenceofcomplicationsintheexperimentalgroupwaslowerthanthatinthereferencegroup(P=0.
