酒店餐饮管理系统 [摘要]酒店餐饮管理系统是为了实现酒店餐饮自动化管理而设计的，它完全取代了原来宾馆一直用人工处理的工作方式，并且避免了由于管理人员的工作疏忽以及管理质量问题所造成的各种错误，为及时，准确，高效的完成酒店餐饮管理工作提供了强有力的工具和管理手段。本次设计内容为酒店管理系统的住宿管理和订餐管理。住宿管理和订餐管理是构成酒店管理系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分，管理着来客人的食宿信息等情况。住宿管理负责完成对住宿客人的房间预定、登记、结帐等功能；订餐管理负责对用餐客人的订餐管理。酒店餐饮管理系统是一个小型数据库管理系统，采用PowerBuilder开发而成的，界面美观，操作简单，安全性高，基本满足了酒店的要求。PowerBuilder是一种图形化的快速应用开发(RAD)工具，提供对面向对象编程的全面支持，对WEB提供了强大的支持，被广泛用于数据库应用开发。整个系统由系统的基础信息，订餐管理，客房前台，查询统计管理，挂帐管理，系统维护，系统退出等模块组成。 本系统最终能够完成信息的输入，数据的修改、查询和统计等功能，使用户操作简便快捷。 [关键词] 数据库, PowerBuilder, 数据库管理系统, 客户机/服务器 The administrative system of hotel food and beverage [Abstract]The administrative system of hotel food and beverage is designed for realize the automatic management of hotel food and beverage. It has totally replaced the working way that the hotel has been using artificial treatment. It also avoids all kinds of errors which are made by administrative personnel and which are caused by the questions of administrative quality. Achieving bodega food and drink management work is in timely, accurately, effectively and providing powerful implements and management manners. It provides accommodation and book the meal manage for the administrative system of hotels. It is the indispensable component in the administrative system of hotels to get accommodation and order the meal. Managing such situations as guests board and lodging information ,etc. It finish room schedule , register , function of checking out etc. It is important for guests to order the meal. The administrative system of hotel food and beverage is a small-scale data base management system . It is developed by PowerBuilder implement. It has beautiful interface, simple operation, highly security. It suffices the request of hotel on the whole. PowerBuilder is a graphic Rapid Application Development (RAD) implements. It provides all respects’ support for Object-Oriented program and powerful support for Web. It is used for Database Application Development. The whole system compose of modul
