酒精精馏的过程控制系统的设计
摘 要
本设计以实现对冷却器和初馏塔的控制为主要目标。内容分为六章，综合起
来可分成三部分。第一部分为概述部分，简要介绍酒精精馏的控制概念。第二
部分为设计方案的确定及分析部分，根据第一部分的基本理论基础，提出设计
方案,并对其进行分析、确定。第三部分是对仪表选型。。
读者通过三部分的阅读可以看到一个自动控制工程设计的全过程，本设计可
以作为实验室酒精精馏的过程控制装置设计的参考示例，也可供自控学生作为
熟悉过程控制工程设计的参考资料。

ABSTRACT
The aim of design is to control the cooler and the forward control
system...The content include six chapter. It can be divided into three parts.. The
first part of summaries introduced the concept and the function range of the
control of alcohol re ctification. The second part introduced the blue print of the
design and analysis it the blueprint of the design theory of the choice of
appearance...The third part the choice of appearance. .
Readers can see all the process of a design of an automatic control system
through three sectors of this paper. This design can both a referenced example of
alcohol rectification control equipment of the reaction container in the lab, and
be reference of students majoring in automatic control to be familiar with
process control project.
