合肥市钢结构应用情况调查报告 姓名：许影影 学号：0901021014 专业：工程管理一班 成绩： 教师评语 2012年6月5日 钢结构由于具有强度高、自重轻、施工速度快等优点,一直是人们喜爱采用的一种结构,近百年来得到了快速的发展。有钢结构应用传统的工业建筑,虽然现在有一部分可用混凝土结构代替,但是随着生产水平的高速发展、生产工艺不断革新,厂房更加大型化,柱距、跨度、高度和起重能力日趋扩大,同时对建厂投产工期却要求尽可能缩短,这就要求钢结构能充分发挥其特点。需要明确的是我市钢结构住宅目前正处于起步阶段,因为从钢结构住宅走过的路、所经历的事来看,方案的探索和技术的可行性已有了明确的结论。同时注意到国外的经验,也证实了这一点,而经济性与市场的前景一直也是人们担心的主要因素。钢结构应用领域主要还是在大跨度、高耸、重型、动力荷载结构范围。但是随着轻型钢结构的发展，钢结构的应用范围已扩大到小型民用房屋,如餐厅、旅游、科技考察和建筑工地活动房等装配式房屋。另外,钢结构应用的一个新领域如:钢货架结构、整体、立体车库,近年来已在悄然兴起。因为立体结构可以充分提高使用空洞、仓储密度,节约建筑面积,实现自动化管理,降低车库及仓储费用,提高效率,特别对立体货架,可以加快货物及资金的周转,经济效益显著 Abstract: Steel structure with high strength, light weight, fast construction speed and other advantages, has been a favorite of the people to adopt a structure, nearly a hundred years got rapid development.
