摘 要 跨区域经营，是指企业在注册所在地之外开展经营活动。随着金融体制的不断改革、深化，随之而来的，城市商业银行的竞争也越来越激烈，市场空间的狭窄，使得各种各样的跨区域经营模式被大多数城市商业银行所接受与实施。城市商业银行进行跨区域经营有助于扩大经济规模，产生规模效应，实现可持续发展。当然城市商业银行在跨区域过程中也会出现一系列问题。因此，城市商业银行是否要进行跨区域经营成为了一些管理者热烈讨论的问题。 本文根据城市商业银行跨区域经营的必要性、前提条件和现状，通过SWOT分析方法，对城市商业银行跨区域经营的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行分析，从而制定出适合我国城市商业银行跨区域经营的战略定位。 关键词： ABSTRACT Cross-regional operation originally means that an enterprise develops business activities outside its registered place. With continuous reform and deepening of financial system, the competition between city commercial banks is increasingly fierce. And as narrow market space, all kinds of cross-regional operation patterns are accepted and carried out by the majority of the city commercial banks. Cross-regional operation of city commercial banks contributes to the expanding of economic scale, leading to scale effect and realization of sustainable development. City commercial banks certainly have a series of problems in the process of cross-regional management. Therefore, it becomes a heated questions between leaders whether city commercial banks should undertake cross-regional operation or not. According to the current situation of cross-regional operation of city commercial banks, this paper analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the pattern through SWOT analysis, and finally formulates strategic positioning of cross-regional operation which is suitable for city commercial banks in China.
