中国康复理论与实践2011年9月第17卷第9期ChinJRehabilTheoryPract,Sep.2011,Vol.17,No.9 - 889 - ·康复管理· 两省一市残联及卫生系统康复治疗师现状调查① 1,2 1 1 3 3 4 4 1 尚跃宏 ，熊国星 ，刘娟 ，曹跃进 ，韩永梅 ，赵悌尊 ，冯彦侠 ，郭秀花 [摘要] 目的 了解山东、河南及北京残联及卫生系统康复治疗师现状。方法 采用问卷调查法对两省一市残联及卫生系统收 集数据进行统计分析。结果 残联系统康复治疗师学历以本科以下为主，河南最高为85.8% ，北京最低为52.6% ；无医学背景者河 南、山东均占50.0% 以上，北京仅为2.5% ；无资格证书现象均在20.0% 以上，河南高达83.0% ，差异均有统计学意义(P0.001) 。卫 生系统康复治疗师学历以本科以下为主，山东最高为98.6% ，河南、北京为50.0% 以下；职称以初中级为主；无资格证书以河南最 高67.7% ，山东、北京接近50.0% ，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05) 。结论 两省一市康复从业人员数量不足、康复专业人员整体水 平偏低的现状亟待改善。 [关键词] 残联；职业；康复专业人员；调查分析 Survey of the Status of Rehabilitation Therapists of The Disabled Persons Federation and the Health System in Shandong, Henan and Beijing SHANG Yue-hong, XIONG Guo-xing, LIU Juan, et al. Methods A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from DPF and health system of these areas. Re- sults Most rehabilitation therapists of DPF did not accept high education, The highest rate was 85.8% in Henan and the lowest was 52.6% in Beijing; more than 50.0% of them did not accept medical education in Henan and Shandong, although only 2.5% in Beijing; more than 20.0 % of them did not be certificated, and it was 83.0% in Henan, there were significant differences (P0.001).
