Enterprise culture is the management method, group ideology, values, norm and ways of behaviour, which came into being during a long period of production and operation. It is usually formed graduately by leaders initiation and prictice. This article will analyse the role the entrepreneur plays and the effect he has during the formation of enterprise culture.
