我国积极财政政策研究 摘 要 积极财政政策是1998年我国在亚洲金融危机的特殊时期，为了引导经济 走出低谷而采取的特殊政策。本文研究了在其实施的六年里，我国取得的举 世瞩目的成就，以及存在的一些不完善的问题。针对这些问题，笔者提出了 进一步刺激有效需求、优化国债规模和结构以及加强财政政策和货币政策的 配合等改善建议，并对其进行了展望。 关键词：积极财政政策，财政赤字，有效需求，国债 - I - 我国积极财政政策研究 Abstract The positive public finance policy is a 1998 our country in the financial crisis in Asia of special period, for the sake of leading the economy comes out the low valley but the special policy that adopt.
