工资管理信息系统的设计与实现 摘要：随着计算机和通信技术，人类已逐步进入信息社会。信息和能源，材料，构成社会基本生产资料，在人类社会生产活动中发挥了重要作用。同时人们对信息和数据的利用与处理也已进入自动化、网络化和社会化的阶段，因此，开发相关的管理信息系统已经成为各行各业的必要和必需了，对内来看，可以提高工作效率；对外来看，获得竞争优势。 工资管理信息系统是随着企业信息化和计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在企业管理中应用的普及而产生的一种有关工资管理的信息系统。本次毕业设计就是开发一个工资管理信息系统，希望它运用于一般企业单位中进行工资的管理。 本系统采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具，后台数据库采用access数据库管理系统。能够实现工资核算、人员及工资变动管理、奖金管理等功能。文中主要描述了系统的背景，分析了系统的需求分析和设计，并且对每个模块的设计与实施做出了详细的描述，系统基本能满足企业对员工工资核算，人员及工资变动管理、奖金管理的需求。 关键字：工资管理系统；数据库；visual basic  Design and Development of Wage Management Information System Abstract：As the electronic computer and communication technology development, human society has gradually entered the infmoratization era. Information and materials, energy as a social basic production material, in the human social production activity plays an important role. Meanwhile people for information and data use and processing also has entered the automation, network and socialized stage, therefore, the development of the related management information system has become necessary and essential professions, internally to see, can improve work efficiency; Foreign perspective, gain a competitive advantage. Wage management information system is a management information system on wages that resulted from the popularity of computer applications in the enterprise management with the rapid development of computer technology. The graduation project is to develop a wage management information system, hoping that it applied to general business management units for wages. The system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool and Access as database management system. The functions of the system include payroll accounting, personnel and wage change management, bonus management. This paper describes the background and the analysis and design of the system, and the detailed description of each module.
