Residential property management is our main form of property management, both in concept and in practice, property management is the process of Chinas real estate market by leaps and bounds in recent years, the product, especially in the new residential district of the marketing process, property management become an integral and important content. In this paper, residential property management and solution of problems to be analyzed to explore, study property management in residential areas in Chinas current problems and the reasons ，and find solutions to problems, to promote the citys residential property management and healthy development.
