我国食品出口贸易问题与对策研究.pdf

  摘 要 本文对我国食品出口贸易的发展现状、国际环境与存在的问题进行了较为 深入的研究；并在此基础之上，对我国食品出口贸易发展战略，以及政府、行 业组织与市场主体（企业）的角色进行了较为系统的分析。 论文的主要工作包括：（1）对我国30 年来食品出口贸易发展情况进行了全 面梳理，根据大量的数据和图表，概括了我国食品出口贸易在出口总量、品类 结构、市场占有和产地分布等方面的基本特点，比较清晰地展现了食品出口贸 易的总体状况；（2 ）分析了现阶段我国食品出口贸易面临的国际环境，对出口 竞争压力、新兴贸易壁垒、制度性歧视、市场需求差别和金融危机影响等因素， 进行了深入考察；（3 ）探讨了我国食品出口贸易存在的主要问题，主要包括出 口品类较为单一、出口企业规模有限、营销体系还不健全、生产环境不容乐观、 信息平台建设滞后、缺乏出口食品品牌、缺少贸易定价话语权等问题；（4 ）分 析了这些问题的主要根源在于缺乏核心技术支撑、食品出口管理体系紊乱、金 融体系支持不够、食品专业人才稀缺、难以消除的政治因素和全球性因素制约； （5 ）对政府、行业组织、企业各自的作用进行了比较研究，提出政府应当发挥 宏观调控作用、行业组织应当发挥中介作用，企业应当发挥主体作用的系统化 策略建议。（6 ）以番茄酱出口贸易为研究对象，以中粮屯河股份有限公司为案 例，分析我国番茄酱出口贸易领域所遭遇的问题与发展对策。 关键词：食品出口；贸易壁垒；科技创新；政府职能；品牌战略   III   Abstract The author profoundly researched the development, international condition and problems of Food Export Trade of China(FETC) , and systematically analyzed the strategy of FETC and the roles of government, trade organization and enterprise. The research was intensified in the following main direction: (1) systematically combed the history of 30 years of FETC and delineated its overall state through the induction of the basic characteristics of the total export, types of export products, market and origin areas;(2) analyzed the international situation witnessed by FETC including the international competition, new trade barriers, institutional discrimination, market and global financial crisis;(3) probed the existing problems of FETC in types of exporting products, exporting enterprises, marketing system, and information construction, etc;(4) studied the reasons produced the problems above such as the lack of technologic creation, administrative system, financial system, and lack of the experts, and the political and global factors;
