我国中小企业融资引入物流金融初探-理论与应用分析 摘要 摘 要 随着国内经济的迅速发展，现代物流产业越来越引起社会的关注。同时，伴随着中小 企业融资困难-这个理论和实践研究领域的热点话题，物流金融应运而生。物流金融是物 流服务与金融服务的有机结合，是指银行通过开发、创新和应用金融产品，高效组织和协 调物流服务中资金流动的过程。目前，我国已经有越来越多的银行正在不断加入与物流企 业合作的大军，开展物流金融业务为中小企业融资提供服务，并收到了不错的效果。但与 国外相比，我国的物流金融业务仍处于发展初级阶段，并存在很多问题。而当前学者对物 流金融的研究中以探索其开展模式和风险控制的居多，将其与中小企业融资现状结合，并 关注其实际应用情况的较少。我国中小企业融资引入物流金融有何理论依据？实际操作现 状又如何？业务开展过程中有何问题与风险？这正是本文需要探讨的问题。本文尝试从经 济学理论 （包括信息不对称理论和博弈论理论）角度，并结合实际应用情况 （深发展银行 案例），得出物流金融在中小企业融资应用中的合理性和必要性。本文还对物流金融业务 开展过程中可能涉及到的风险情况进行了分析，文章结尾对发展物流金融业务服务中小企 业融资提出相应的对策建议。 关键词: 中小企业 融资 物流金融 I 我国中小企业融资引入物流金融初探-理论与应用分析 Abstract Abstract With the rapid development of economics in China, the modern logistics discipline deserves more and more attentions. At the same time, accompanied with the puzzle of SMEs financing, there comes the concept of logistical finance, it is the combination of financial serves and logistical serves. What it means is that by developing and applying all kinds of financial products, the banks organize and corporate the cash flows effect in the logistical serves process. There are more and more banks jo ining the team which corporate with the logistical enterprises now, they help to finance SMEs by the logistical finance. And what ’s more, there are good results. However, the logistical finance in China is still developing compared to the foreign country, and there are lots of problems.
