摘 要 在跨国公司活动更为突出的背景下，对外直接投资区位选择问题逐步被学术 界所关注，并且随着国际资本流动的日益频繁，跨国公司在世界经济发展中逐渐 确立了其核心地位，剖析对外直接投资的动机开始成为理论研究的热点，并据此 对FDI的区位选择进行解释，外商直接投资区位选择成为理论界关注的焦点。自 上世纪 90 年代以来，FDI 区位选择的决定因素逐渐发生了变化，产业集群作为 区域产业发展的重要特征，成为了FDI区位选择的关键因素。 本文基于集群经济的分析框架，结合产业经济学和地理经济学等领域的相关 理论，以东北地区汽车产业集群为对象，运用集群指标分析东北地区汽车产业集 群程度，从汽车行业角度分析FDI的区位选择问题。其次文章通过7个影响外商 直接投资区位选择的变量，运用计量方法实证分析了东北地区汽车产业集群、经 济水平、劳动力情况是影响汽车行业外商直接投资区位选择的重要因子,从中得 出一些有价值的理论发现和政策建议。最后，基于理论和实证分析，对新形势下 的引资策略及产业集群发展进行了深刻思考。 关键词：汽车产业集群、FDI区位、东北地区、逐步分析法 4 Abstract Due to the frequent activities of multinational corporations, the problem of location selection for foreign direct investment attracts the attention of academics gradually. And with the international capital flowing increasingly frequent, transnational corporations has gradually established its core status in world economic .Now theoretical studies on the motivated of external direct investment started to become hot and the FDI location choice become the focus of the theoretical circle. Since the last century, the theories about determinants of FDI location choice changed and industrial clusters as an important feature in the development of regional industrial have become a key factor of FDI location selection.
