本文研究旨在将现代人力资源管理理论引入到上饶职业技术学院教师资源管
理的工作中，使之由传统的人事行政管理转变为现代意义的人力资源管理。本文
在对高校教师资源管理特殊性研究的基础上，明确了高校教师资源管理的特点以
及高校教师资源管理在高校发展中所处的 位和所起的重要作用。在对上饶职业
技术学院教师资源管理现状进行系统的调研和分析，找出该校教师资源管理存在
的问题，进行综合研究，提出了教师资源管理改革的总体设想，并从教师资源引
进、任用、培养、激励、考评以及教师资源可持续发展等方面提出具有可操作性
的对策措施，为该校教师资源管理的实践提供依据。

Abstract
The thesis aims to introduce the modern human resource management to the work
of Shangrao vocational and technical college, which is in order to change the traditional
human administration management into modern human resource one. On the basical
research of college faculty resource, it ensured the characteristics of college tutors
management and also the status and important role that the college teaching resource
play in the college development history. From the systemic researching analisis of
Shangrao vocational and techenical college, it shows the problems in the management
of teacher resource, and make multiply research to conduct a whole idea of teacher
resource management changing, and also make out some pratical suggestions from the
introduce of faculty resource of appiontment, training, encouragement, evalution and
the sustainable development, all of these support the countermeasures for the pratical
management of college teacher resource.
