论文摘要 中国民间信仰的研究方法历来纷呈多样，本文从社会人类学的视角出发，以 田野调查案例为基础，意在阐释一个当代中国乡村中的民间信仰的存在状况，以 期窥整体之一斑。 在阐述了本文的基本思路“执拗的低音”、以往研究成果以及理论框架之后， 本文首先对田野调查对象——浙江省奉化市萧王庙街道，以及将宗祠和神庙作用 合二为一的信仰与仪式的实践场所：萧王庙，还有一些必要的概念，如“四堡众” ——作出了必要的描述，包括地理位置、人口、工农业生产情况等等，这些因素 都为后文的阐释做好铺垫。在这一部分中，信仰及其仪式在不同时代的异同也将 得到相互比较与解释。 第三章将是本文重点所在，通过上文的描述和比较，着重考察民众对“萧王” 信仰的记忆。记忆如何延续，人们如何遗忘，这些话题将一一得到分析，最终指 向本文的关键：记忆的形式、内容、变迁与权力之间的关系。然后“文化遗产” 将被当作一个历史记忆中的权力运作在当下的新方式，观察在“文化遗产”名义 下的民间信仰和信仰实践是如何被人们记忆，并反过来影响着他们的实践。 本文无意对任何实践或政策提出实质性建议而力求在田野资料的基础上，努 力将“问题”一一呈现，将内中的各种复杂关系一一明晰，使其成为理解此时代 的一条记录，并对中国民间信仰研究的视野与方法做出一些粗略的讨论。 关键词：民间信仰 集体记忆 文化遗产 权力 互动 III ABSTRACT Folk religion in China always varies in research methods. However, proceeded from viewpoint of social anthropology, this dissertation aims to illustrate and explain the existing condition of folk religion in contemporary rural China and manages to give an overall research through a typical case in accordance with field work as well. To begin with，this essay gives a detailed description on studying objects of the fieldwork--Xiaowangmiao Town, which locates in Fenghua County, Zhejiang Province, and Xiaowangmiao Temple, a practice site that functions as both ancestral hall and temple for faiths and rituals, and also some indispensable conceptions such as “Sibaozhong”--after illustrating research results, theoretical frame in the past and my fundamental train of thought in this article: “stubborn bass”. As the groundwork for the following development, this description includes geographical location, population, industrial and agricultural production etc. In this part, the distinctions of faith ceremonies in different periods are also presented and explained with striking contrast.
