分类号： 密级： UDC 编号： 硕 士 学 位 论 文 ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― 暨南大学澳门学生管理特殊性研究 ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― 摘 要 本文主要通过研究暨南大学澳门生源学生的学习环境、学习态度和生活方式等特点，分析澳门学生管理的特殊性，采用书面问卷法和个别访谈法等研究方法， 经过对数据资料的分析与归纳，认为澳门学生在文化背景、价值观念、行为方式、学习方法等方面与内地学生有不同特点。所以，学校应在课程设置、学生行为、学生组织、选课制度、教学方法、学生测评管理方面采取特殊的管理方法，并在招生、制度管理、实践教学、澳门毕业生就业指导等方面采取更有特色的管理措施。 本文为学校管理不同文化背景的学生提供了参考依据，对完善澳门学生以及外招学生的管理制度等都具有重要参考价值。 关键词： 澳门学生；教学制度；学生管理；学生特点 Abstract The main propose of this article is to analyze the students of Jinan university in Macao regarding to their study environment, attitude and lifestyle. In order to analyze the secularity of management of the students, we choose to survey them through the interview and the questionnaire. Having analyzed the data, we divide the entire students into the different categories based on their culture, idealism, attitude, learning method and so on, so that we can understand them and differentiate them from the local students. And that is why the school needs to put out a special management method which bases on the student’s curriculum and attitude, student organization, subject offered, teaching method, and the evaluation of management. To get a more significant management skill, we are concerned with the way we recruit a student, management skill, a practiced teaching method, and graduate career guidance. This article has given some examples to those students who originated from different culture, so that it can modify and improve the management skill to benefit local and foreign student and further acts as a reference.
