博客及其引申的知识管理在中小学教育中的应用研究.pdfVIP

摘 要 随着经济全球化和高新技术的快速发展，我国已进入一个全新的时代，网 络和信息技术已充分应用到各个领域，给它们带来了各种机遇和挑战。 网络教育和信息化教育的推行让中小学师生面对许多问题，如如何提高网 上学习效率，如何过滤信息垃圾，如何组建网络学习资源等，这些问题的存在 客观上对中小学应用博客和知识管理提出了需求。 博客和知识管理是两种新生事物，博客的快速普及以及知识管理在企业中 的广泛应用为其在中小学教育中的应用提供了条件。 本论文首先研究中小学师生利用网络平台——博客进行辅助教学的实例， 然后从师生个人博客和小组博客出发研究其引申的内容。通过师生博客的个人 性引申了个人知识管理和隐性知识的挖掘；通过师生博客的公共性引申了知识 共享和营造文化氛围；通过小组博客引申了知识共享、文化氛围的营造和学习 型组织的创建。各方面的研究都有效地将博客引申的知识管理思想应用到中小 学教育中来，最后重点研讨了知识管理在中小学教育中应用的可能性和前景。 【关键词】博客 知识管理 显性知识 隐性知识 知识共享 学习型组织 I Abstract Along with the economical globalization and the rapid development of high technology, our country have come in a new age, network and information technology have fully used in every field, and take many kinds of opportunities and challenges.
