摘 要 我国小学日益重视社会公德教育，尤其注重培养学生合乎公德的 行为习惯。本文研究小学生公德意识的启蒙问题，为在小学中高年级 开展基于公平、公益原则的道德教育提供实验依据。 本研究使用一套以社区生活为平台的社会公德教材，在一个小学 三年级班级中进行一个学期的公共秩序、公共安全和公共卫生的教育 实验。根据人们对于情境问题的反应类型，研制测评小学生公德意识 发展水平的调查问卷，据此对实验班、对照班进行前测和后测。 实验结果表明：小学三年级是进行公德意识正式启蒙的恰当学 级；品德与社会课堂是培养学生公德意识的重要渠道；基于公平和公 益原则的道德教育有利于促进小学生公德意识的迅速提升；小学三年 级学生的公德意识和利群反应带有情境性，不断加强和深化小学中高 年级的公德教育，才能使学生逐渐具备比较稳定的公德意识和一贯的 利群反应。 关键词：小学生，道德教育，公德意识，品德与社会学科 I ABSTRACT Chinas increasing emphasis on social ethics education in primary schools, with particular focus on student’s behavior in line with public morals. This thesis aims at the issue of enlightenment of moral conscious of the student, which will provide foundation and striving direction to provide experimental evidence that based on the fair, the principle of moral education in public. This thesis make use of a set of community life as a platform of social ethics teaching, in a third grade class in one semester of educational experiments which is about public order, public safety and public health. According to the question about the reaction of the type of situation, make the questionnaire of the evaluation of primary and secondary school students to develop the level of development of civic awareness, and then have the pre-test and post-test in experimental classes and control classes.
