  ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS  In the past few years, I have expected to study in the famous university. Now I realize my dream studying in East China Normal University. So I especially make much of the valuable opportunity and study hard every day. I respectfully listen to my teachers whose academic theory broaden my knowledge and alter my teaching thoughts, which is my unforgettable experience for ever. So first I thank all my teachers in East China Normal University. It is you who alter mentalities and make me understand we can teach students in different ways. Furthermore, professors’ scrupulous attitudes towards studying also benefit me. Second I also appreciate the leaders and colleagues in my own middle school. Our school is extremely short of English teachers and some English teachers teach four classes of students. Even so, my headmaster still agrees to send me to receive further education, which indicates that they think much of knowledge and talents.
