摘 要 中国人历来就很重视对子女的教育问题，对子女的生涯发展总是充满希冀与 期盼。―望子成龙，望女成凤‖―万般皆下品惟有读书高‖―学而优则仕‖这些传统观 念更是深植人心、辈辈相传。然纵观古今，每一个历史阶段的家庭教育及家长对 子女生涯发展的期望都会带有时代的烙印，都有着自己的独特的内容与表现形 式。时值当代，我国当代青年人大多生于20 世纪80 年代，他们的家庭结构上出 现了独生子女、隔代教育、单亲家庭等等特征，在家庭教育的方式和内容上也有 了新的变化，如：家庭教育方式上由传统的“父权”转向民主、科学、平等，家 庭教育内容上呈现出多元化的趋势，家长开始关注子女的生涯教育。 本文以生涯发展理论为基础，通过叙事探究的方法，描述了一个普通的中国 当代青年人生涯发展的故事，并初步探讨了家庭教育在其生涯发展过程中所产生 的影响。故事是丰满、完整的，也是平凡的。在叙述故事的间隙，穿插了主人公 的内心体验，蕴藏着他的情感变化，预示着他的生涯规划，同时也反映出他对于 家庭教育、对于父母的看法与观点。 本研究所要达到的主要目标就是通过对家庭教育与青年人生涯发展关系的 客观描述，在微观层面呈现家庭生涯教育的实然，了解家庭教育在当代青年人生 涯发展过程中的地位和作用，以便有助于促使家长反思家庭教育的方式和内容。 同时也有助于唤醒青年人懵懂的生涯发展意识，及早思考自己的职业生涯，尽早 规划。 关键词：青年人 生涯发展 家庭教育 影响 个案探究 I Abstract Chinese have always made the most of their children‘s education. They wish their children to have a wonderful career and a bright future. All of Chinese parents expect their son to grow as a dragon, or expect the daughter to grow as a phoenix(In Chinese traditional culture, dragon is stand peace and powerful, also the is super king of all animals; Phoenix is stand for beauty and sacred, also is the Queen of all kinds of birds). They also think that all things are beneath contempt, only high school. The Chinese sage Confucius says that a good scholar can become an official, he who excels in study can follow an official career. These traditional career concepts are deeply rooted in people‘s mind, and handed down from generation to generation.
