家校合作中亲师沟通的现状调查与对策研究.pdfVIP

摘 要 家校合作研究重点体现对人的关注，尤其需要聚焦家校合作活动中的主体——教师和 家长；考虑到这两个群体内在的多样性，本文深入研究双方互动的具体过程——亲师交往， 因为对于老师和家长这样目标一致的不同主体，矛盾往往产生于沟通的缺失。 笔者以“三位一体”的特殊身份体验（研究者、家长、教师）引出亲师沟通的这个问题， 解释笔者的选题缘由。通过文献研究，（因为在家校合作领域内单独以亲师沟通为主体的不 多，亲师沟通都蕴含于家校合作，所以本论文的文献综述以其上位概念“家校合作”为主。） 分析综述了国内外亲师沟通的研究现状和主要成果。本研究运用文献研究，着力阐述了亲师 沟通的特点亲师沟通的独特性和多样性。运用问卷、访谈和现场研究的方法，重点调查了 家长和教师对沟通概念的了解、对沟通内容的理解、对沟通主体的定位、对沟通交流的反应、 对沟通方式的选择和对沟通艺术的运用。从而得出以下结论：共建合作平台是有效沟通之前 提；统一合作观念是有效沟通之基础；提高合作能力是有效沟通之核心；建立合作制度是有 效沟通之保障。据上述结论，笔者提出了相应对策，即：明确沟通主体关系、发挥教师主导 地位和遵循人际沟通原则。 最后笔者对本研究进行了反思，同时提出了本研究中尚待解决的问题，期待在以后的研 究中作更深入的探索！ 关键词： 家校合作；亲师沟通；对策 ABSTRACT It is necessary to focus on the bodies --teachers and parents who play the key roles in the cooperation between home and school. The research on the cooperation between home-school is animportanttopicineducation research and practice. In face ofthediversityof two groups (parents and teachers)the research must explore the process. Deep the interaction of both specific process Parent-Teacher communication. Their conflict often arises from the lack ofefficient communication inspiteof having thesamepurpose. Firstly the thesis gives thereason of choosing thistopic.Themainreason is from the special status of the writer A fusion of parent ,teacher and researcher. Next it reveals the current situation and predicament of Parent-Teacher communication. On the basis of overview the relevant research results on Home -School field at home and aboard to conclude theachievement ofParent-Teacher communication.Then discusses theresearchideas and methods including comprehensive use of literature study, investigation and field studies. Chapter Four is making a presentation in detail on what is Parent-Teacher communication and how is going on it. Lastly it comes to the conclusion including four key points .Point one is the efficient Parent-Teacher communication is the basis and pre
