论文摘要 “问题学生”是任何时代教育实践过程中都会存在和需要面对的一个特殊现 象，他们的教育问题成为摆在每位教育工作者面前一项无法回避的难题。初中阶 段是青少年成长的关键期，他们面临着人格再造的“第二次诞生”，只有深入了 解“问题学生”的心理状态及形成原因，才能找到解决问题的对策，为他们的健 康成长撑起一片蓝天。 本研究从“问题学生”的行为表现入手，通过调查问卷和访谈的分析，了解 “问题学生”的问题类型，发现问题原因，寻找转化对策；通过学校情境中“问 题学生”的干预实践及效果分析来探讨进一步干预的措施。 本研究认为，“问题学生”因其产生原因的多样性、复杂性，决定了解决这 些“问题”也会是异常曲折的。学校教育不是万能的，但是它可以在适当的时候 给这些学生以支持、以帮助。 本研究认为，要做好“问题学生”的转化工作，首先要平等地一视同仁地对 待“问题学生”；在教育过程中要充分发挥活动的作用，让教育“活”起来；同 时要重视和整合学校教育中同伴教育的力量，以及学校、家庭、社区对于受教育 者的整体合力。 关键词：问题状况，成因，学校情境下的干预 I Abstract Problem students is any age education in the process of practice will exist and need to face to a special phenomenon. Their education problems in each education workers become before an unavoidable problem. The junior middle school stage is the critical period of the young people during their growth, they face the personality second birth, only in-depth understanding of problem students psychological state and the reasons of its formation, to find a solution to the countermeasure of the problem, for their healthy growth it props up a stretch of blue sky. This study from problem students behavior, this paper through the analysis of the questionnaire and interviews, understand the types of the Problem students question and found the cause of the problems, countermeasures for transformation; Through the school situation problem students practice and effects of intervention analysis to explore the intervention measures.
