The human body becomes the only ideological and physical existence which human beings can feel. Sport is the instinctive impulse of human beings for natural needs, a natural expression of seeking for existence balance, body powerfulness and life meaning, the need of human beings for survival and development, also the most genuine emotional experience. The loyalty and reality of sport to the human body lie with its protection of life, being the ideological existence of human beings to arouse the instinctive movement of the body. From the perspective of human body instinct, the authors probed into the historical path of sport, along which the authors tried to find a philosophical clew belonging to sport.
